Successful consultancies will bring detailed knowledge of housing and commercial markets, delivery models (including Mayoral Development Corporations), land valuation and viability assessment, funding programmes and visioning to the project. The approach will be developed in consultation with partner authorities with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement .
