The Facility is looking to provide two crystallization plate incubators (4 °C and 20 °C) with imaging capability. The scope of this contract is for the delivery, installation and commissioning of this equipment, training, warranty and maintenance and servicing. The full specification is detailed in Section 3 of this ITT. Suppliers must submit an offer for the full scope of requirements detailed in Section 3, failure to do so will result in exclusion from the tender process. Newcastle University is not classified as a contracting authority and as such is not obliged to comply with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR), although we may choose to do so if required by a public funding body.
