Sites include the following: - Schools such as nursery, primary, secondary and special schools and Academies within geographical area of which Hampshire County Council is the Local Education Authority, particularly those with Hampshire County Council Catering Services (HC3S) providing their catering services. - Children's Services sites where Hampshire County Council is the employer such as Pupil Referral Sites; Children's Homes; Childrens Education Sites and Outdoor Centres. - All other HCC Sites, such as facilities run by Adults' Health and Care and Countryside Services. The Framework Agreement will commence on 1st April 2024. The Framework Agreement will be for a term of four years. The Sites may enter into Call-off Contracts with the Contractor during the term of the Framework Agreement by following the Order Terms and Conditions (Annex 4).
