The chosen supplier shall further develop the preferred option approved in the outline business case (OBC), into detailed design, consenting, full business case and construction. Subject to Welsh Government and Gwynedd Council approvals. The detailed design phase shall include: Project Planning and management Site Investigations and Surveys ### Stakeholder Engagement Detailed Design and modelling ### Environmental assessment Consenting – to include Planning, marine licencing and EIA.
