This MSA is facilitated by the Royal Navy Maritime Domain Awareness Programme. To enrich and improve the coastal surveillance data, JMSC seeks to capture coastal radar data provided by existing radar operators such as the Ministry of Defence and the Maritime Coast Guard Agency and include these in the MSA. JMSC is seeking a lead radar data integrator to manage the commercial relationship with radar providers, undertake the engineering effort needed to acquire individual radar tracks, process these, and provide these to the MDA Programme. Data products will need to be analysed and fused to provide a single clean tracks feed. All aspects of security and data compliance will need to be managed.
