It is anticipated that the appointed supplier will carry out approximately 20% of the surveys, both internal and external, in each contractual year. Stock data will be provided to the Council in an agreed format. The data provided will include an up-to-date estimated schedule of rates for replacement costs to assist in profiling and analysing future spend.
