The Council is seeking a high quality, lead contractor that has all relevant accreditations including Trustmark, MCS and PAS2035. The lead contractor will be customer focused and able to support and increase the capacity of the local supply chain to deliver these measures now and into the future. This should include a training and support package including quality assurance on completed installs.
