The first phase of the development which is due to be completed in Summer 2023 will see a dedicated creative learning space built at the front of the Theatre. Malvern Hills District Council is looking for suitably qualified Theatre Consultant Services for phase 2 of the development. The second phase will deliver the following: - A 3,190 m2 extension involving the demolition of the existing changing rooms to accommodate the following interactive spaces: - new studio theatre - two workshop spaces - photogtaphy/film editing and sound studio - dressing room facilities - breakout areas and catering - The construction of an external amphitheatre overlooking Priory Park - An external lift to improve access for all members of the community - An upgrade to the Forum Theatre, increasing the seating capacity to 1400 seats.
