The Council is looking to tender two separate contracts to cover the required cleaning service. These being: - Lot one – Housing. Cleaning of communal areas in low rise and high rise blocks of flats, sheltered housing, communal facilities on a caravan site and office touch down bases (specific details below). - Lot two – Corporate & Community Buildings. Cleaning to include offices, depots, libraries, community centres, museums, crematorium & registry office (specific details below). The tenderer can bid for one or both contracts.
