Residents in care homes are provided with a professional, responsive and caring service that provides support tailored to their individual needs to enable them to access appropriate health care services and to live a full life, as well as reducing pressure on NHS services.The ICB wish to directly award a contract to the incumbent provider for the following period:Contract Start Date: 1st April 2023Contract End Date: 31st March 2026Option to Extend until 31st March 2027The maximum contract value for the initial 3 years is £1,456,956. If the contract is extended for 1 year, the maximum additional value will be £502,398. The maximum contract value for the full contract is £1,959,354.This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice and is published under the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015. It is for clinical services which are Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (‘Regulations’) as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations.
