The council has committed to resettling 8 families per year for the next five years. This service will be entirely dependent upon Home Office grant funding and the ability to secure suitable and financially sustainable private rented properties within the city boundary. Due to the dependencies above, there will be an annual viability review to ensure that the programme is on track with its target commitment.
