During 2022, HWE ICB conducted a procurement process to recommission a new contract for its Business Intelligence and Population Health Management Support. The procurement process has not yet concluded, therefore, the Authority is issuing a short-term contract to its incumbent provider to ensure continuity of services. This follows a previous contract award notice (Reference: 2023/S 000-021189) which confirmed the award of a short-term extension to the current contract to 30th September 2023. The Authority are continuing to work with the suppliers to resolve the issues, which are external to the ICB and are therefore outside of their control.
