The Authority may require a number of projects under the contract, however, each of these projects shall not exceed £1M in value.This Tender is divided into LOTs. The Authority invites Bidders to submit a Tender (ITT) for the following Lots: LOT1 – Minor Works – William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)LOT2 – Minor Works – Kent and Canterbury Hospital (Canterbury)LOT3 – Minor Works – Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital (Margate)LOT4 – Electric and Mechanical Works for all East Kent Hospitals University Foundation TrustLOT 1, LOT2 and LOT3:Whilst bidders are able to bid for one or all lots, the Authority may not award lots to the same supplier. The Authority will award the contract for each lot based upon the most advantageous tender submitted for each lot. In the event that the same bidder achieves the highest overall score for both lots, that bidder will be required to confirm which lot they wish to be awarded.
