This relates specifically to a Culvert at Choats road in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The authority will require the provision of design, management, and construction of the repair/strengthening under a works contract. The Borough is issuing a Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a Request for Information (RFI) to alert the market to a possible future tender opportunity.
