Our chosen approach will be to undertake the capital works via a design and construct contract. Our appointed consultant will undertake an exemplar design which will form part of the tender package. The consultant will then assist with queries during the tender process and assist with assessment of the returned tenders. Once the contractor is appointed the consultant will then undertake an independent check of the contractor’s design to ensure compliance with the project requirements.
