The successful tenderer will also maintain our recently installed CCTV systems in our sheltered blocks as well as at our Stores, Braintree and Trinity Court, Halstead. This contract will also involve works to leasehold properties. The Contract will be for 3 years plus 2 x 12 month option to extend commencing in and will be let under a JCT Measured Term 2016 Contract.
