The service will provide targeted information, advice and guidance for Salford residents to progress and connect to quality employment and training opportunities. Engage with businesses to support and develop skills and employment opportunities, to recruit Salford residents by encouraging new and innovative recruitment practices, where residents with barriers to employment are considered for vacancies.
