Barnsley Council would like bidders of this tender to also provide their price for fulfilling the same roles and responsibilities for Phase 2 (funding not yet secured). The funding for the works is awarded grant funding from the Museum Estate Development Fund (MEND), which is part of the government’s Cultural Investment Fund.
