It is located on the crossroads between the B684 Woodborough Road and St Anns Way. The site was formally a residential care home which has been demolished and the site left clear for construction to start. The Site is currently protected with timber hoarding surrounding the site and benefits from a graffiti wall created by a local school and a local artist. We are looking into traditional construction methods but also considering MMC proposals for the scheme. We will be looking for two tenders to be submitted, a traditional method and MMC method with their own programs so they can be compared.
