The services required by this contract include Property Insurance including Business Interruption, Contract Works, Money and Specified All Risks in addition to claims handling for all cases. Contract value for the initial term of 4 years is approximately 3,000,000 , with the option to extend for a further 2 years the total contract value would be 4,500,000. It is intended that the contract shall be for an initial term of 4 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
