The offering will provide the supply of language services to support delivery, either individually or as groups, to service users who speak, communicate, or read languages other than English the agreement will include the following as a minimum: · Face to Face Interpreting · Face to Face Non-spoken Interpreting (including but not limited to) British Sign Language, Foreign Sign Languages, Irish Sign Language, Lipspeaking, Sign Supported English.· Telephone Interpreting · Video Interpreting · Written Translation Transcription & Ancillary Services (including but not limited to) Braille, Easy Read, Large Print, Audio, Video and Pictorial English. Any lotting structure of this will be determined as a result of the market engagement.
