The Start for Life offer includes an element of supporting and developing the Home Learning Environment HLE. The HLE includes the interactions parents have in and around the home with their children from birth. The quality of the HLE is a key predictor of a baby’s and child’s early language ability and future success. The Authority is required to utilise the funding for developing the HLE for training practitioners to support parents with the HLE, which will support educational recovery and improve school readiness.’ The attached link provides further guidance information regarding, Family Hubs and Start for Life programme guide, (See Annex J, language and HLE ) [gov.uk](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/family-hubs-and-start-for-life-programme-local-authority-guide) ## CPV classification Education and training services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-03c896-2023-05-13T10:24:42+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-03c896-2023-05-13T10:24:42+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
