The use of a Framework Agreement for the provision of early intervention support to employees will allow the Council to have a range of competent providers offering a wide range of skills and services. There are no guaranteed levels of referrals per provider. Providers are expected to work in partnership with the County Council to deliver early intervention services to the corporate workforce of 4300 employees and for other customers supported by the Council's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service.
