The Service Provider will provide a complete service securing roundabout sponsorship, collecting payments, general monthly maintenance, and signage installation. The Service Provider will then pay the Council an agreed income from the sponsorship revenue. The Contract will be established for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further three years subject to performance and Council priorities. The extension is not guaranteed it is at the discretion of the Council. Note: Contract end date includes extension.
