This decision is in response to a significant reduction in the number of people waiting to receive care and support. In addition, the County Council recognises the need to maintain a responsive, robust and stable marketplace by supporting existing Locality Home Care Providers. The Council will regularly monitor and review the market to ensure it is able to respond to market changes.
