The HDPR is open to all providers of residential care for individuals with a learning disability, mental health issue or physical disability who are interested in deregistering their residential homes with the Care Quality Commission and transforming them into supported living schemes. Under the HDPR Hampshire County Council will seek to work in partnership with such organisations in order to facilitate the deregistration process. The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its 5 year lifespan.
