It will be designed initially for the purposes of providing long-term accommodation for three individuals (from Barnsley) with a learning disability or autism and thereafter must continue to be used as specialist accomodation. The delivery of the scheme will be reliant on the Housing Provider appointed securing capital funding from NHS England Capital for the build. The process for obtaining the funding must see the funding secured by March 2024, with the build completed by March 2025. The Housing Provider will be required to enter into a long term lease agreement with the Council for the provision of housing management of the properties. ## CPV classification Residential property renting or leasing services Construction-related services Development of residential real estate Housing services Building services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-03b41a-2023-03-17T21:54:48Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-03b41a-2023-03-17T21:54:48Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
