RBC requires 15 Residential Dementia Block Beds divided into 3 contracts each with a maximum of 5 beds per contract and each lot being staggered when commencing to help manage any voids. Contract evaluation and award will be across two lots - Lot 1 provision within RBC boundary and Lot 2 external to RBC boundary.
