On 3 November 2022, the LAA confirmed it would offer further opportunities to apply to deliver work under the 2018 Contract extension period. The Contract Work awarded under this procurement process will run from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024. This procurement process was open to: - New Entrants seeking to deliver publicly funded civil legal aid services; and - existing Providers who hold a 2018 Contract and who are seeking to deliver publicly funded civil legal aid services in additional Categories of Law; and - existing Providers who hold a 2018 Contract and who are seeking to deliver publicly funded civil legal aid services from additional offices / Procurement Areas. The Deadline for submitting Tenders is 5pm on 31 March 2023 ("Deadline"). This notice publishes the outcome of that tender.
