This project is in support of The Combined Authority’s strategic target to be net-zero carbon by 2038. The scheme will drive down the cost through collective purchasing of solar panels and accelerate the deployment of these technologies across the region, providing the homeowner with a financially viable and fast-tracked solution delivering on the Combined Authority’s net zero targets. The supplier will be expected to run a marketing campaign and identify properties that will help maximize program and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) outputs for the Combined Authority.
