This grant provides money for both the construction related aspects of the project, including consultants fees and the purchase of equipment to fit-out the premises. The University now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional design team to complete the project which is the subject of this tender opportunity. It is the aim of the University to appoint a single Lead Consultant as main contractor employing all specialist sub-contractors.
