Where it is discovered or suspected that any legal obligations or there are non-conformities with any equipment, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contract Administrator and provide recommendations to rectify the non-compliance. - 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year-round reactive maintenance and callout cover. - Consultancy and advisory services to SHG on Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Systems when required. - Auditing of 5% of remedial works completed. - There maybe a requirement to install new equipment, systems or extend existing systems.
