Estimated contract spend is between £435,000 and £450,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £725,000 and £750,000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.\\r \\r - Lot 2 Periodic Electrical Inspections within Domestic properties situated south of the main railway line. Estimated contract spend is between £435,000 and £450,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £725,000 and £750,000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.\\r \\r - Lot 3 Periodic Electrical Inspections within communal areas and commercial buildings owned and managed by Swindon Borough Council in the whole area.
