Following the undertaking of a detailed feasibility study which looked at a number of options to re-configure the recently acquired building, the building is to be fully refurbished in order to meet current regulatory standards for residential units of accommodation within buildings of multiple occupation incorporating: · The full internal refurbishment of dwellings and communal areas including all buildings Services (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing & Heating); · Repairs & maintenance to the building's fabric based on dilapidation information. · The improvement of external spaces incorporating landscaping, off road parking and perimeter security.
