The Service is for children and young people aged 0 - 25 years with special educational needs and disabilities and their parent and carers who are normally resident in Wiltshire local authority. Working with families from the moment a concern is identified with a child's education, or development, and continuing to support, whether statutory thresholds for an Education Health and Care Plan (My Plans) are met or not, up to and including tribunal, or complaints.
