Bidders must be Insurance Companies regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Market Act 2000, Insurance Companies Act 1982 and any other statutory modifications. The insurer shall be authorised to write the classes of insurance listed in the Contract Notice. This tender does not include a requirement for any insurance broking services. This tender opportunity is being published on behalf of Translink\* by its insurance brokers, Willis Towers Watson (WTW). Translink is NOT running this tender competition.
