The new Substance Misuse services are influenced by the key findings from the demand review, market engagement, stakeholder feedback and Lincolnshire Drugs Strategy 2021-25 which has a key focus on reducing drug related deaths, reducing drug-related offending and reducing the prevalence of drug use within our communities.
