At the sole discretion of the Authority dependent on performance the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum twenty-four (24) months, providing a possible total Contract Period to 31st March 2028. The primary aim of the Smoking Cessation Service is to deliver an evidence-based, accessible stop smoking service, particularly for priority groups where there is high smoking prevalence.
