The kerbside collected and civic amenity material will be delivered to the treatment or transfer facility by Warrington Borough Council or its associated contractors. The material from the Council owned waste transfer station is to be containerised and collected from this facility. The material is to be treated, to produce a compost/soil improver, meeting the quality criteria compliant with BSI PAS100 and the Compost Quality Protocol ( CQP ).
