CPD is proposing to establish a new Framework Agreement which will be available for use by any public sector organisation requiring construction related professional services in Northern Ireland including:- • Government Departments • Agencies • Non-departmental Public Bodies • Local Authorities • Other Contracting Authority (including subsidised bodies or other grant recipients). The new Framework Agreement will be for the provision of construction related professional services by a number of consultants and their supply chains. These are, collectively referred to as Integrated Consultant Teams (ICT).
