The Works currently undertaken will continue to be developed in the future - hence the requirement for a Distribution Contract to continue on after the expiry of the current Agreement in July 2023. The succeeding Works Contract for the EPC service will be entitled Distribution Contract (05) - otherwise referred to as DC (05). The term of DC(05) is eight years i.e. from July '23 - July '31.
