Individuals supported will be any gender; aged 16 and above; single or part of a couple, and may or may not have dependent children and pets. The majority of individuals supported will be resident in temporary emergency accommodation in Denbighshire, owned and managed by Denbighshire County Council, and identified as needing support to enable them to sustain their accommodation, prevent reoccurring homelessness and move on into more suitable accommodation.
