A maximum of 3 suppliers will be awarded onto each Lot. The anticipated volumes required are; -Lot 1 - UPVC doors (sub-standard sizes) – 6 door sets per week -Lot 2 - Composite door sets – 26 door sets per week Maximum lead times/delivery timescales are between 4-6 weeks from placement of Purchase Order to delivery. This requirement is for a new 2-year contract with the option to extend for up to an additional 24 months, at North Ayrshire Council’s discretion. This contract is anticipated to commence early December 2022. All products proposed must comply with the minimum British Standards noted within the Product Specification documents and must match the door type detailed. Any door-sets which do not meet these minimum standards will not be considered.
