The bulky waste collection service is a statutory duty collecting from domestic households in Oldham and the LWP scheme is to provide support to meet short term emergency/immediate supports needs of vulnerable residents and also to assist vulnerable residents to establish or maintain a home in the community by the provision of white goods and furniture. The Council wish to combine these 2 contracts and offer residents a holistic service offer.
