This includes existing initiatives that will focus on ending rough sleeping and homelessness prevention. These key services are not currently being delivered directly by ESC but ones we wish to continue with: - Safe to Stay Hub in Lowestoft - Rough Sleeping Initiative Beds x 10 - Outreach Officer x 0.8 or 1 FTE if funding allows - Navigators x 3 - Mental health Support Officer x 1 Additional information: All communications and bids must be managed through the In-tend e-sourcing Suite.
