Currently LCC owns 10 HWRCs within Lincolnshire. These are located within or near to the towns of: Bourne, Boston, Gainsborough, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Market Rasen, Skegness, Sleaford, and Spalding. LCC is looking for a suitable supplier or suppliers to manage the daily operations of its 10 HWRCs and to provide staff to operate the HWRCs and engage with residents of Lincolnshire when using the HWRCs.
