Eligible Adults will be those whose needs are assessed as best met through Supported Living and it will therefore be a requirement of the service specification that the Service Provider can deliver support to people with a wide range of presentations. The aim of this project is to secure a robust list of providers; skilled to deliver high quality, personalised care and flexibility, supporting individuals to develop their social, emotional, communication and independent living skills.
