The Framework Agreement will be for the supply of a smart metering solution ( meter + AMI + Network) for roll-out within a six month time period for selected sites, to receive customer flow data as a service. The meters will operate in AMR mode when initially deployed on the new development. YWS will then look to switch these meters to full AMI functionality thereafter. Yorkshire Water require a Partner/s to manage all of the IOT infrastructure required to support smart meter SLA's and for the successful partner(s) to take responsibility for all asset management activities relating to the IOT network.
