An option for London Boroughs of Islington and Hackney to participate in this framework is retained. The framework will be for a period of four years (4) commencing on 1st September 2023. ### Tenderer You are invited to submit a fully detailed and qualified tender for the following services in Lot 2: - Environmental, Sustainability and Efficiency services including Retrofit Coordinators - Principal Designer under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) - Building Surveying - Quality inspection including Clerk of Works - Employers Agent, Project Management and Contract Administration - Quantity Surveying - Not included - Fire Engineering & Design - Mechanical & Electrical Services.
