The Act placed a statutory duty on the Council relating to the provision of support to victims of domestic abuse and their children residing within relevant safe accommodation. The overarching aims of the Act are to: ### Protect and support victims ### Transform the justice process Improve performance across agencies ### Promote awareness We are running a single stage open competitive tender process to procure supplier/s to provide support for victims of domestic abuse, including their children who reside in domestic abuse safe accommodation in Essex, for 5 Lots.
